O'DILLEY BARS | |
1 stick butter (8 tbsp.) 6 oz. chocolate chips 10 1/2 oz. mini marshmallows 1 c. peanut butter Melt over low heat (or in microwave). Add: 2 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. salted peanuts Stir into marshmallow mixture and press into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. FROSTING: 1/2 stick butter (4 tbsp.) 6 oz. chocolate chips 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. confectioners' sugar Melt butter and chocolate chips and milk. Add vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Stir. Pour over bars and spread evenly. |
