O'DILLEY BARS 
1 stick butter (8 tbsp.)
6 oz. chocolate chips
10 1/2 oz. mini marshmallows
1 c. peanut butter

Melt over low heat (or in microwave). Add:

2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. salted peanuts

Stir into marshmallow mixture and press into 9 x 13 inch greased pan.

FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter (4 tbsp.)
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt butter and chocolate chips and milk. Add vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Stir. Pour over bars and spread evenly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
