CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) head cabbage
25 soda crackers
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. milk
5 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dill weed
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper

Crush cracker and mix with 3 tablespoons butter and dill weed. Saute. slice thin and cook cabbage in small amounts of water until crisp tender.

Cook flour, milk, 2 tablespoons butter, and pepper until thickened; add 1 cup grated cheese. With the exception of 2 tablespoons of the cracker mixture fold all the other ingredients together and put in 8 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons cracker mix on top and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 10.
