1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Mix all together well and store in jar.
