CREPES 
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter
Cool Whip
Fresh fruit, cut up
Nuts
Powdered sugar

Combine in blender at high 1 minute. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cook on high in buttered skillet with enough butter to prevent sticking. Pour in VERY thin amount. Move pan around to spread. Serve with your choice of filling and enjoy. We like it for breakfast.
