FRENCH ONION SOUP 
1 can beef broth
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
1 med. onion, sliced into rings
Mozzarella cheese, grated
French bread, sliced (optional)

Saute onions in butter until tender. Add beef broth, chicken broth and water; bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Ladle into bowls; place a slice of French bread on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at low temperature long enough for cheese to melt. Serves 4-6.
