1 (10 oz.) pkg. artichoke hearts (optional), cooked according to pkg. directions
3/4 c. dry wine white or chicken broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Hot cooked rice
