CHICKEN BISCUIT CUPS | |
1 1/4 c. diced, cooked chicken 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 c. mayonnaise 10 oz. can your favorite biscuits (10-12 count) 4 American cheese singles Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine chicken, celery, onion and mayonnaise. Place unbaked biscuits in ungreased muffin tin, press to cover bottom and sides. Spoon chicken mixture into cups. Bake for 17-21 minutes or until brown. Place 1/4 cheese single on each cup. Replace in oven and bake 1-2 minutes more until cheese melts. |
