1 spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1-2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. c. walnuts, chopped
Optional coconut

Mix cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil and as much water as needed to make moist. Add coffee, chips and nuts. Spread over cookie sheet or make into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-15 minutes or until done.
