STRAWBERRY PUDDING 
1 1/2 pints fresh strawberries
vanilla wafers
1/3 cup sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg strawberry gelatin
2 cups water
3 cups milk
2 (3 oz.) pkg vanilla pudding (instant)
1 cup sour cream
3 cups whipped topping

In saucepan over low heat stir water, sugar, and gelatin until dissolved. Set aside to cool. Mix in large mixing bowl and blend for 2 min. milk, vanilla pudding. Add sour cream and fold in 3 cups whipped topping.

Layer bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass casserole with vanilla wafers. Pour gelatin mixture over wafers, arrange fresh strawberries on top of cooled gelatin mixture then pour pudding mixture over strawberries. Arrange remaining fresh strawberries on top of pudding mixture and top with whipped topping.
