APPLE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. Promise butter
6 tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 cooking apples (I use more)
Cinnamon

Peel and core apples and drop in salt water so they will stay white. Melt butte, add sugar, water and corn starch. Cook until translucent. Add vanilla and apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees, uncovered.
