CRAB COCKTAIL APPETIZER 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temp.
1 jar cocktail sauce (jazz it up with horseradish & a little ketchup if desired)
1 (1 lb.) can crab meat
Parsley

Spread cream cheese on round platter with fingers. Pour cocktail sauce over and spread, leaving a small rim of white cream cheese showing around the edge. Put crabmeat on top and garnish with parsley. Serve chilled with crackers.
