PINEAPPLE SQUARE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 can of water
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour

Cook until thickened; set aside until cool. Mix together 4 cups flour. In one bowl, 1 cup sugar, 4 teaspoons baking powder, 3/4 cup shortening, 2 eggs, and vanilla. Add enough milk to make a soft dough like pie crust. Use half dough for bottom crust other half for top crust. Put crust in sheet cake pan. Add filling and top crust. Cook at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool. Cut into squares.
