24 graham crackers, rolled 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter Mix and pack well into bottom and sides of cake pan. Save 1 cup for topping. FILLING: 1 can condensed milk 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1/2 c. lemon juice Grated rind of 2 lemons Mix milk, rind, juice, then fold in cream, whipped stiff. Pour into prepared crust and sprinkle remaining crumbs over top and chill. |
