1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 or 4 1/2 c. flour to roll

Mix in order, roll out, not too thin. Cut with cookie cutter. Sprinkle top of cookie with sugar. Bake at 350 until light i color.
