CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. cranberries, sliced
grated rind of one orange
1 egg, beaten
6 tbsp. water
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar. Add softened butter and grated orange rind and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pack into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
