1 c. flour
1 c. corn meal
2 tsp. salt, more or less
1/4 tsp. garlic powder, may omit
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees. Moisten meat with water; roll or shake in plastic bag. Place in baking pan. Bake in oven about 1 hour or until coating is brown and crisp.

Store remaining ingredients in air-tight jar in freezer until next time. Use "PAM" for greasing baking pan.
