SHRIMP CURRY | |
1 1/2 lbs. lg. shrimp, cleaned & peeled 3/4 c. scallions, chopped sm. 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped sm. 1 (15 oz.) can lobster bisque 3/4 c. white wine 2 tbsp. butter 1/8 tsp. curry powder 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper Salt to taste Saute scallions and green pepper in butter. Add shrimp and saute until pink. Add lobster bisque, curry powder, cayenne pepper, salt and wine. Simmer 15 minutes over low flame. Serve over white rice. |
