UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. spaghetti or pizza sauce
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and sausage in skillet over medium heat. Add onion, saute until onion is limp and sausage is completely browned. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and olives; heat until simmering. Pour into 9"x13"x2" baking dish and arrange Mozzarella over mixture.

In blender, combine eggs, milk, oil, flour and salt. Mix until smooth and then pour over Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until crust is puffed and golden. Cut into squares and serve hot. Serves 6 to 8.
