JUST - MY - SIZE PIZZAS
Measuring cups
Waxed paper or paper towel
Baking sheet
Kitchen scissors or pizza cutter
Can opener
Small spoon
Hot pads
Pancake turner

INGREDIENTS:

Shortening
1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
2 oz. sliced pepperoni
1/4 c. sliced pitted black olives
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Turn the oven to 425 degrees. Put some shortening on a piece of waxed paper or paper towel. Spread the shortening over the baking sheet.

2. Unroll the pizza dough onto the baking sheet. Use the kitchen scissors or pizza cutter to cut the dough in half. Then, cut each half into 6 rectangles. Separate the rectangles on the baking sheet, leaving some space between them.

3. Spoon pizza sauce over each rectangle. Use the back of the spoon to spread the sauce over the dough. Top with pepperoni, olives and green pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.

4. Put the pan in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is brown. Use hot pads to remove the pan from the oven. Turn off the oven. Use the pancake turner to remove the pizzas from the pan. Let the pizzas cool a few minutes before eating.

Makes 12.
