DILLED SHRIMP AND FETA 
1 lb. cooked bow tie macaroni
3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
1/4 lb. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

In large serving bowl combine cooked shrimp, feta cheese, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano. Toss immediately with hot bow ties.

Nutrition information per serving: 470 calories, 24 gm protein, 15 gm fat, 58 gm carbohydrates, 341 mg sodium, 127 mg cholesterol. Serves 4.
