CURRY DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. minced chives
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. Add other ingredients. Chill 24 hours. Serve on crackers or raw vegetables, ie celery, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli or zucchini.
