CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Bring to gentle boil water and butter. Remove from heat, stir in flour. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Spread 1/4" thick on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Crust may have mountains in it. Cool.

FILLING:

2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding

Make pudding with only 2 1/2 cups milk. Fold in Cool Whip and vanilla. Spread over cooled crust.

ICING:

4 tbsp. butter
3 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
