CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
CRUST:

3 c. chocolate wafer/or Oreos
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix together and press into 9 inch deep dish pie plate.

FILLING:

1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate (Nestle chocolate chips)
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
4 egg whites

Melt chocolate to lukewarm (95 degrees). Add whole eggs and mix well. Add egg yolks and mix until thoroughly blended. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Beat the egg whites with clean beaters until stiff. Stir in 1/3 each of egg whites and whipping cream into chocolate mixture. Continue adding in thirds. Pour into pie crust and chill at least 6 hours. This may be frozen.

TOPPING:

1 pt. whipping cream
6 tbsp. powdered sugar

Whip together and spread on top. Decorate with shaved chocolate or mini chips. Keep frozen or refrigerate.
