CREAM CHEESE PIE 
8 oz. Philadelphia Brand light Neufchatel cheese, softened
1/3-1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sour cream (light)

Beat until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 10 minutes. (Bake until starts to split a little.)

TOPPING:

1 pt. light sour cream
3-4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour over pie. Bake 5 to 10 more minutes.
