TURTLE CANDY 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. caramels
1/4 c. whip cream or milnot
2 c. nuts (pecans)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 bar paraffin

Combine caramels and cream and melt in microwave, stir to see if melted. When melted with hand mixer beat until it gets bubbly. Add nuts and drop onto buttered wax paper. Chill or freeze. While mixture is getting hard, melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler then with tongs take frozen caramels, dip in hot chocolate mixture. Put back onto wax paper or greased cookie sheet and wah la you have made turtles and believe me they are good.

Freezing caramels works better than chilling.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
