VEAL RICE DISH 
1 lb. cubed veal
1 lg. diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. diced celery
1 can water
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cube veal; brown well and add onion and heat until onion is a clear color. Add other ingredients except rice and heat well. Pour in casserole. Sprinkle rice over top; cover.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Do not stir after adding rice. If dish bakes dry, add more water. Bake covered until done, then brown quickly.
