DOUBLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3/4 c. butter
3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, sugar and milk into a large saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Continue to cook and stir until mixture registers 235 degrees on a candy thermometer, then remove pan from heat.

Immediately stir in the chocolate chips until they are melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Stir until marshmallow creme is completely blended. Pour mixture into greased 13x9 inch pan. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds of fudge.
