SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND MEATBALLS 
1/4 c. salad oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 c. water
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano

Heat oil in sauce pan. Saute onions and garlic salt until clear. Add tomato paste, tomatoes and water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add sugar, salt and oregano. Cover and simmer 2 to 3 hours stirring occasionally.

MEATBALLS:

1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and form into small balls. Heat in sauce pan 1 tablespoon of salad oil. Add meatballs and brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and add to sauce. Cook covered for 15 minutes. Serve with cooked spaghetti noodles. Combine meatballs, sauce and serve.
