1 can French style green beans 1 can white kernel corn 1 can small peas 1 diced green pepper 1 diced red pepper 1 c. diced celery 1 c. diced onion LIQUID: 1/2 c. oil 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. water Drain all canned vegetables well. Mix all ingredients listed under liquid together in saucepan. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour over vegetables. Store overnight in refrigerator. Drain well before serving. |
