CURRIED CHICKEN 
Chicken pieces
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Curry powder
Butter
Onion, chopped

Cut chicken into small pieces, approximately 2 x 3 inches. Sprinkle salt, pepper, on garlic powder on chicken. Coat generously with curry powder (or less to suit your taste). Melt enough butter in pan to thoroughly coat chicken pieces. Add onion and enough water to cover chicken. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Serve broth over rice.
