2 lbs. meat, cut with grain 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1 tbsp. taco sauce 1 tsp. hickory smoke salt Dash Tabasco Pour over meat, marinate 24 hours. Lay on broiler separately. Bake at 150 degrees for 5 hours, turn a couple of times. Liquid smoke, more salt (if desired). |
