8 slices light bread without crust
1 lb. browned sausage
2 c. grated cheese
1 dozen eggs + 1 c. milk, beaten & seasoned

Line bottom of 9 x 11 cake pan with bread. Add browned sausage and cheese, then egg mixture. Let stand covered in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
