1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, butter and egg well. Pat down into a 9"x13" pan, pushing sides slightly up. Have cream cheese and eggs at room temperature or leave out overnight. Mix cream cheese, eggs and vanilla until they are a smooth liquid. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time until mixed well. Pour over cake mix. Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes or until slightly brown. Cool and cut into squares.
