CABBAGE SOUP 
1 head cabbage
1 onion
3 potatoes
1-2 beef bouillon cubes
Water
Ham, cooked & cubed
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Chop up cabbage and onion, put in soup pot and fill with water to cover vegetables. Cook 10-15 minutes. Melt butter in pan, mix flour with 1/4 cup cold water and add to butter to thicken. Add to soup. Season soup with salt, pepper and bouillon cubes. Boil potatoes separately, cube and add to soup along with cooked ham.
