EASY EGGNOG SNICKERDOODLES 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. brandy extract
1/2 tsp. rum extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. colored sugar

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs, brandy extract, rum extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, soda and salt. Blend well, stir in flour, mixing thoroughly. In small bowl combine sugar and colored sugar. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in colored sugar mixture. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown around edge.
