BAKED CHOP SUEY | |
2 lbs. ground chuck 1 onion 2 cans mushroom soup and liquid 1 can bean sprouts and liquid 1 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. rice, uncooked 1 c. water Brown beef and onion. Mix all together in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Put chow mein noodles on top. You can substitute 1 can of chop suey vegetables for bean sprouts. |
