2 slices white bread
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper

Dig out nest in the center of each slice of bread. Pour cooking oil in a medium sized skillet and turn heat to medium. Place bread slices in skillet. Brown them on one side and turn them over. Break the eggs and put one in the center of each slice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn the heat low and cook until the eggs are done.
