VEGETABLES CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 (16 oz.) frozen cauliflower
1 (16 oz.) frozen brussel sprouts
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar or colby (more to taste)

Cook vegetables as directed. Drain and stir in soup. Place in casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cover to allow cheese to melt before serving.
