CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. peach Jello
1 tsp. salt
3 c. boiling water
2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Chill until slightly thickened, fold in apples and walnuts.
