ORANGE FILLING OR FROSTING 
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/16 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. water
2 egg yolks slightly beaten
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add orange juice, water and egg yolks and blend. Place over hot water, and cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly (about 10 minutes). Add butter, lemon juice and fruit rinds if desired. Sprinkle coconut on sides and around rim of cake.
