GLAZED SAUSAGES AND APPLES 
1 1/2 lbs. Italian sweet sausage
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 lg. tart apples, unpeeled & sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced

Cook sausage in skillet until almost done. Drain and remove from pan. Combine remaining ingredients in same skillet. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender. Return sausage to skillet and simmer for 10 minutes more or until sausage is thoroughly cooked. 4 to 6 servings.
