CINNAMON ZUCCHINI BARS 
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. coconut, shredded
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Cream together first 3 ingredients. Blend in egg and vanilla. Mix flour and baking powder, then add to above mixture. Stir in the zucchini, coconut and walnuts until well blended.

Spread in greased cookie sheet pan with edges or a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost with ingredients below.

CINNAMON FROSTING:

2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. milk

Mix together.
