MINT GLAZED BROWNIES 
BROWNIE:

1 c. sugar
1 stick softened butter
1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Mix thoroughly and pour into greased pan and bake in a greased 9"x13" pan for 25-30 minutes at 350°F or use a packaged brownie mix. Follow recipe for cake-like brownies. Cool completely in pan.

MINT CREAM LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Green food coloring can be used for desired mint shade.

Combine the sugar, butter, milk and extract. Add the food coloring. Spread over brownies. Put in refrigerator to set.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

Melt in pan on top of stove (DO NOT MELT IN MICROWAVE!) :

1 c. chocolate chips
1 stick butter

Stir mixture frequently. Spread over cooled mint layer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
