RICE AND MUSHROOMS IN FOIL 
1 1/2 c. precooked instant rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Fold a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, 3 feet x 18 inches, in half. Form into a pouch. Add rice, mushrooms including a buttery broth of the water, onions, and salt. Mix gently with wooden spoon. Dot with 2 tablespoons of butter. Fold edges to seal pouch tightly. Grill over hot coals for 20 minutes. Open foil and add seeds and remaining butter, fluff with fork. Makes 4 servings.
