BOMBAY TURKEY 
1 lb. fully cooked breast of turkey
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. curry powder

Cut turkey into slices; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in large skillet or in flat microwave dish. Cook on medium, stirring until thickened. Add turkey. Bring to boil; turn down heat. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with rice pilaf.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
