TACO SKILLET BURGERS | |
1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1/3 c. onion, finely chopped 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 1 (11 1/2 oz.) can bean and bacon soup 1/2 c. water 2 med. tomatoes, chopped 1 c. cheese, shredded 12 1/2 c. corn chips, broken In bowl, combine the egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion and seasoning mix. Add beef; mix well. Shape mixture into patties. In large lightly greased skillet, brown the patties on both sides. Mix soup and the water; spoon over the meat. Cook over low heat 15 minutes. Top with the tomatoes and cheese; heat covered 3 minutes longer. Serve with the broken chips. Makes 6 servings. |
