FUDGE NUT BROWNIES 
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream 1/2 cup butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Melt remaining butter with chocolate squares; cool and beat into butter and sugar mixture. Add flour, salt and nuts. Mix well and pour into greased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool in pan. Cut into small squares. About 5 dozen.
