ALL DRESSED UP 
1 lg. green squash
1 lg. bell pepper
1 fresh tomato
1 can tomato paste
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Steak seasoning
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Basil
Butter
Worcestershire sauce

Rinse the squash and cut it in half vertically. Scoop the seeds out leaving a bowl shape; place the halves on a large metal tray. Melt several pats of butter and baste the squash halves then set aside.

Brown ground meat and drain. Chop bell pepper and peel and dice a fresh tomato to add to the meat. Season meat with steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Fill the squash boats with the meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place sliced tomato circles along the top of both squash halves and wrap the halves entirely in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Prepare a tomato paste mixture in a bowl seasoned with steak, onion and garlic seasoning with water. Stir well and baste the top of both squash halves. Wrap the halves back up with the foil and cook until squash is tender to cut.
