BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 whole boiled chicken, deboned and chopped
2 onions, chopped
3 c. chicken stock
1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 can okra
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can lima beans
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sherry wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil chicken, saving stock. Pick chicken off bone and cut in bite size pieces. Add chicken stock and rest of ingredients except sherry. 30 minutes prior to serving, add sherry. Cooking time: Approximately 1 hour.
