SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage (can use more) 6 slices bread, cubed 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1 1/2 cups block cheese, cubed 5 eggs 2 cups milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard Cook sausage over slow heat until done, stirring to crumble well. Drain on paper towels. Place bread crumbs in 9x13-inch pan. Pour on butter. Sprinkle with meat and top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients. Beat well and pour over mixture. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown. Submitted by: Terri Goff |
